Inkwoven is a notebook for iPad whose pages answer your handwriting. If something isn’t working, or you have a question this page doesn’t answer, write to us — a person reads every message.
Email: [email protected] — you can also write from inside the app: open the Drawer and choose Contact. We aim to reply within two business days. When reporting a problem, tell us your iPad model, your iPadOS version, and which Book you were writing in.
My page didn’t answer. Why?
Three usual reasons. You may be offline — the page needs a connection to compose a reply, and will say so quietly in the top margin. You may have used the day’s free answered pages — every Book is free with a few answered pages each day, and Inkwoven Plus removes the limit. Or the pen simply hasn’t rested yet — the page waits for a natural pause in your writing before it drinks the ink.
Do I need an Apple Pencil?
No. Apple Pencil is the finest way to write in Inkwoven, but a fingertip works on every page.
Is Inkwoven on iPhone?
No — Inkwoven is made for iPad, where there is room to write. It needs iPadOS 17 or later.
How do I manage or cancel my subscription?
Subscriptions are handled by Apple. Open Settings › your name › Subscriptions on your iPad to manage, cancel, or change plans. Cancelling keeps Plus active until the end of the paid period. To restore a purchase on a new device, use Restore Purchases on the paywall or in the app’s Drawer.
What are vials?
Moving pictures cost real money to make, so after your first two free ones they come in small packs called vials — never a subscription. You spend one only when you ask for a moving picture, and it comes back to you if the picture fails to develop.
How do I delete or export my pages?
Open the Drawer. Export saves your pages as PDF or text; Delete all pages tears out every page in every Book, immediately and unrecoverably. You can also tear out any single page from within a Book.
Is my writing private?
There is no account, no ads, and no tracking, and your pages live on your iPad. To compose a reply, a snapshot of the page you just wrote is sent securely to the AI services that generate the answer, identified only by a random device token. The full story is in the privacy policy.
Who writes the replies?
Everything the page writes or draws is fiction composed by AI — the notebook says so plainly on its very first page. It is not advice, and never a substitute for a human hand. If your writing suggests you are in real distress, the notebook sets the fiction aside and shows you real resources instead.
