Something not working, or just have a question? Email us and we will get back to you, usually within a couple of days.
Email support: [email protected] — when reporting a bug, tell us your iPhone model, iOS version, and what you were doing. Please do not attach other people’s messages unless you need to.
Do I need an account?
No. There is no sign-up and no login. Open the App and it works.
How do I get replies to a chat?
Screenshot the conversation, open Rizz Wingman and pick the screenshot from your photos (or photograph the chat with the camera). Choose a tone, and you get three replies. Tap one to copy it, or write your own with the suggestions in front of you. You can also paste text instead of a screenshot.
The App said it could not read my screenshot
Make sure the screenshot shows the actual messages rather than a chat list, and that the text is legible — very small text, heavy blur, or a screenshot of a screenshot are the usual culprits. Cropping to the last few messages helps. Pasting the text works when an image will not.
Nothing to reply to yet?
Ask for openers instead. Tell the App where you matched and one thing you noticed about them, and it writes three ways to start.
How do I make the replies sound like me?
Open the You tab and set how you sound — the tone you default to, the way you write, the languages you text in. Every reply is written against that.
What is a profile read?
Give the App a handle and it writes an opinion — the things that stand out, green and red flags, and a way to open — from what is publicly visible. It is an opinion, not a fact about a person. Handles are blurred by default if you share the score card.
Who are the practice partners?
AI characters you can talk to before you talk to a real person. They are software and they say so — the AI chip stays on screen the whole time. They keep things safe-for-work, they will not help you pressure or manipulate anyone, and when you are ready there is a one-tap jump back to your real conversations. The practice feature is for users aged 18 and over. See AI Safety.
How do the free credits work?
Free users get 20 generations a day (replies, openers and profile reads) and 10 practice messages a day. The meter on the Home screen shows what is left; it resets at midnight, local time.
What does Pro cost?
Pro removes the daily limits. It is $2.99 a week, $6.99 a month, or $29.99 a year.
How do I cancel Pro?
iOS Settings → your name → Subscriptions → Rizz Wingman → Cancel. Deleting the App does not cancel a subscription.
Can I get a refund?
Refunds are handled by Apple, not by us. Use reportaproblem.apple.com with the Apple ID you bought with.
I got a new iPhone — where did Pro go?
Open the paywall or the You tab and tap Restore purchases, signed in to the same Apple ID you bought with. Practice conversations and your style settings live on the device, so they do not carry over unless you restored from a backup.
Does the App keep my screenshots?
No. Screenshots and text are processed to write your replies and then dropped. Nothing is kept to train anything. Details are in the Privacy Policy.
