AI Safety — Rizz Wingman

Last updated: September 6, 2026

The short version: Everything Rizz Wingman writes is written by a machine. You are the one who has to mean it. The App tells you it is AI at every turn, it refuses to help you push or manipulate anyone, it will not talk about minors, and it is not a crisis service — the real numbers are at the bottom of this page.

This page sets out the commitments we make about the AI in the Rizz Wingman mobile app. It forms part of our Terms of Use.

1. The AI always says it is AI

Every practice partner is software, and the App says so wherever you meet one: on the card that introduces the feature, on the badge next to each partner, in a chip that stays on screen throughout the conversation, and in the Safety & AI section of the App. Ask a practice partner directly whether it is a person and it will tell you it is not — that instruction lives in the model’s system prompt, not in its mood.

2. It writes drafts, not decisions

Replies, openers and profile reads are suggestions. Nothing is sent to anyone unless you copy it and send it yourself. We design the App so that the final message is yours — you can edit any suggestion, or write your own with the suggestions beside you — because a message you did not mean is worse than no message.

3. Profile reads are opinions

A score is an opinion formed from what is publicly visible about a profile. It is not a fact about a person, not a verdict on their worth, and not something to act on without your own judgement. Handles are blurred by default when you share a score card so that the opinion does not travel with the person’s name.

4. What it refuses to do

The App will not help you pressure, manipulate, deceive, harass or stalk anyone. It will not write content that sexualises or targets a minor, and it will not play a character who is under 18. Practice partners keep conversations safe-for-work. Ask for any of these and the answer is no, in plain words.

5. Practice partners are for adults, and are not a relationship

The practice feature is for users aged 18 and over. Partners are there to help you get comfortable talking, and the App keeps pointing you back toward real people — every practice conversation carries a one-tap jump to your real chats. Partners are not a therapist, a counsellor, or a substitute for a relationship, and they do not claim to be.

6. If a conversation turns serious

Rizz Wingman is not a crisis service and cannot help in an emergency. If you or someone you know is thinking about self-harm or suicide, please contact real people who can:

  • United States: call or text 988 (Suicide & Crisis Lifeline), or text HOME to 741741.
  • United Kingdom and Ireland: call 116 123 (Samaritans).
  • Canada: call or text 988.
  • Australia: call 13 11 14 (Lifeline).
  • Türkiye: call 182 (Sağlık Bakanlığı) or 112 in an emergency.
  • Elsewhere: findahelpline.com lists free, confidential lines by country.

If someone is in immediate danger, call your local emergency number.

7. Reporting a problem

If the App produces something it should not have — a reply that crosses a line, a persona that broke character, a read that felt wrong — email [email protected] with a description or a screenshot of the output. We read every report and adjust the prompts that govern the model.

8. How this page changes

We update this page and the date at the top when the App’s AI behaviour materially changes, and note it in the release notes.
