Terms of Use — Rizz Wingman

Last updated: September 7, 2026

These Terms of Use govern your use of the Rizz Wingman mobile app (“Rizz Wingman,” “the App,” “we,” “us”), built and operated by Melih Toksari under the Nadril brand. By using the App you agree to these Terms, to our Privacy Policy, and to the AI Safety commitments that form part of them.

1. The service

Rizz Wingman uses AI to suggest replies and openers for your conversations, to give you an opinion on a dating profile, and to let you practise conversations with AI partners. Every suggestion is a draft. You decide what to send, and you are the one saying it.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use the App, including the practice-partner feature. By using the App you confirm that you meet this age. Do not use the App to contact, or to generate content about, anyone under 18.

3. Free tier and Pro subscription

  • The free tier gives you a daily allowance of generations — replies, openers and profile reads — and of practice messages. The allowance resets at midnight, local time, and the App shows what is left.
  • Pro removes the daily limits. It costs $2.99 a week, $6.99 a month or $29.99 a year. Local prices may vary.
  • Payment is charged to your Apple ID at purchase confirmation. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
  • Manage or cancel any time in iOS Settings → your name → Subscriptions. Deleting the App does not cancel a subscription.
  • Refunds are handled by Apple under its own policies. Restore a purchase from the paywall or the You tab with the Apple ID you bought with.

4. What the AI is, and is not

  • Suggestions are generated by a language model. They can be wrong, generic, or off in tone, and you should read every one before you send it.
  • Profile reads are opinions formed from publicly visible information. They are not facts about a person, and they are not a judgement of anyone’s worth.
  • Practice partners are software. They say so when asked and the App labels them as AI throughout. They are not a therapist, a counsellor, a relationship, or a substitute for one.
  • The App will refuse requests for manipulation, pressure, harassment, or anything involving a minor.

5. Your content and your responsibility

You are responsible for the screenshots and text you provide, including having the right to share them, and for every message you choose to send to another person. Do not use the App to deceive, harass, stalk or harm anyone, to impersonate a person, or to violate another platform’s rules. You retain ownership of your content; you grant us the limited licence needed to process it and return a result, as described in the Privacy Policy.

6. Acceptable use

Do not misuse the App: no unauthorised access, no automated or bulk use of the service, no reverse engineering except where the law permits it, and no attempt to circumvent daily limits or the paywall.

7. Disclaimers and liability

The App is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant that any suggestion will be well received, that a conversation will continue, or that any profile read is accurate. To the maximum extent permitted by law we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, and nothing affects the mandatory consumer rights of users in the EU, the UK or elsewhere.

8. Termination

You can stop using the App at any time by deleting it. We may block a device from the service if it violates these Terms. Sections that by their nature survive — disclaimers, limits on liability, your responsibility for content already sent — survive termination.

9. Changes

We may update these Terms as the App evolves; material changes will be noted in the App or its release notes. Continued use after a change means you accept the revised Terms. The current version is always at this page, dated above.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Disputes belong to the state and federal courts in Delaware, except where the consumer-protection law of your country of residence gives you mandatory rights and venue, and except for anything handled by the App Store’s own dispute processes.
