Privacy Policy — Rizz Wingman

The short version: Rizz Wingman has no account and no login. The chat screenshots and text you send are used to write your replies and are then discarded — they are never kept to train anything. A random device identifier keeps track of your daily free credits and your subscription. We use crash and usage analytics that never contain your conversations. No ads, no cross-app tracking, nothing sold.

This Privacy Policy explains how the Rizz Wingman mobile app (“Rizz Wingman,” “the App,” “we,” “us”) handles information when you use it. By using the App you agree to this policy.

1. Who we are

Rizz Wingman is built and operated by Melih Toksari under the Nadril brand. Contact: [email protected].

2. No account

There is no sign-up and nothing to log in to. On first launch the App registers a random device identifier with our server. It is used to count your daily free credits, to attach your subscription to this install, and for nothing else. It is not your Apple ID, your phone number, or your advertising identifier.

3. What you send us, and what happens to it

Chat screenshots and pasted text. When you ask for replies or openers, the screenshot or text you provide is sent to our server and passed to an AI model to write the three suggestions. Images are processed for that request and then dropped: they are not stored, not shown to anyone, and not used to train any model. Text requests are handled the same way.

Profile reads. When you ask for a read on a profile, you give us a handle. Our server looks up what is publicly available about it, writes an opinion, and returns it. We do not access any account you are not already able to see, and we do not store the result beyond returning it to you. The output is an opinion, not a fact about a person, and handles are blurred by default if you share a score card.

Practice conversations. Your messages with a practice partner are sent to our server to generate the next reply. The transcript lives on your device; the server receives it only for the duration of each turn.

Your style settings. How you want to sound — tone, voice, languages — is stored on your device and sent along with each request so replies match you.

4. Purchases

Subscriptions are processed by Apple and managed through RevenueCat. We never see your payment details. RevenueCat receives the device identifier from section 2 and your subscription status, so that Pro works after a reinstall or on a new phone.

5. Analytics and crash reports

The App uses Firebase Analytics and Crashlytics to understand which features are used and to find crashes. Events describe that something happened — a reply was generated, a paywall was shown, an error occurred — together with a device identifier and basic device information. They never contain your screenshots, your text, a match’s handle, or a practice conversation. The App is built without the advertising-identifier component of Firebase: we show no ads and do no tracking across other companies’ apps or websites. In Apple’s terms, Rizz Wingman does not “track” you.

6. AI providers

Replies, profile reads and practice partners are generated by large language models run by third-party AI providers on our behalf. Requests are sent under our own API keys; the providers process them to return a result and, under the terms we use them on, do not use your content to train their models.

7. Permissions we ask for

Photo library and camera — only to pick or take the screenshot you want replies to. Access happens when you choose an image, never in the background.
Microphone — not used by the App. iOS lists it because the photo-picker component we use declares it; the App never records audio.

8. How long we keep things

Screenshots and text: for the duration of the request. The device identifier and subscription status: while the App is installed, and for as long as needed to honour an active subscription. Analytics and crash data: per Google’s retention settings for Firebase, which we keep at the default for a small app.

9. Your rights

Because there is no account, the most direct way to remove your data is to delete the App, which removes your practice transcripts and settings from your device. To have the server-side device record and any analytics associated with it deleted, email us with the request and we will handle it within 30 days. If you are in the EU or UK you have the GDPR rights of access, rectification, erasure, portability and objection, and the right to complain to a supervisory authority; California residents have the equivalent CCPA rights. We honour them for everyone — email [email protected].

10. Age

Rizz Wingman is for adults. It is rated 17+ on the App Store, and the practice-partner feature is for users aged 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18.

Only the services that run the App: our own server, the AI providers that generate text, RevenueCat (subscriptions), Google Firebase (analytics and crash reporting), and Apple (payments). We never sell personal data and never share it for advertising.

When this policy materially changes we update this page and the date at the top, and note the change in the App’s release notes.
